And it is starting out busy and fantastic! Well I totally slept in today, which was great. I was up late working on projects, and Jim didn't work today so he got the kids ready, I like surfaced around 10am. oops! :)) but I needed it. I have been depriving myself of sleep for weeks so it was nice and I felt refreshed.
Outdoor sports season has officially begun! and I love it. I AM THE soccer, baseball, blastball, whatever sport the kids choose kinda mom. I love to watch, take pics and cheer. It is awesome! However writing the schedule in takes some time and figuring out who takes which kids where is the big thing. At least this year I am smart (or somewhat smarter) I put Jager on one team with one BFF's kid, and Riley on a team with my other BFF's twins. That way I do have a chance of not running around with my kids with my head cut off. (plus now i get to see my besties more, LOVE it!!!) Every year, the kids start and finish times clash. Jager will start at 6pm, Riley at 6:30 at a totally different part of the city, It is crazy. Actually it was AWFUL last year because sometimes Jim wouldn't even be done work until after the sports were done. So fingers crossed this year works out a little bit more manageable. 3 schedules written in with only 7 clash days in 2 months. that's not bad, we'll find out tomorrow if there are more conflicts.
So I think I am going to be in the Montgomery garage sale this weekend. I have hundreds of scrapbook kits of product to move. I will let you guys know if I will also have it at my house on Fri night for those that may not go to the garage sale. So look here WED. for my final decision. (It just comes down to if I have sitters for the kids as Jim might be going to the states again, and I definitely cannot do it with kids)
This past weekend I had lot's of assignments to catch up on, so it was nice to break out the scrap supplies and have fun. I have lot's of blog posts with other companies this year, so I will also post links on my site for you to see new stuff and for chances to win!
I also was given some amazing photos from one of my best friends. They had family photos and I have hundreds to work with so here is one I did of them. simple and clean. I had fun challenging myself only to create with only small selection of products. And guess what? I really like it even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

All in all, pretty simple, but yet effective. AND I am slowly getting the kids books a little more up to date.
did you notice how IN LOVE. I am with the journaling strips? USing up scraps, plus I only have to say minimum stuff. works perfect if the pictures aren't ones that I have a lot to say.
Oh and check back in on May 7th, I have the BEST NEWS ever to share. It is gong to blow your socks off.Seriously.
So, it's Wednesday ... can't wait to hear if you'll let me crash your house Friday! I'm actually at a meeting downtown until about 6pm Fri and would so looove to swing by ;) But, no pressure! Of course, I have no problem whatsoever if your kids run circles around me while I'm there lol
