Okay, these entries rock!
These are from Trish. (If you have a blog or website, email me it okay Trish?)
I love how she zoomed in and took a close up for us to see another part of her layout. great idea!
And another cool one...
that journaling block was awesome! Trish 2 of your emails came and I couldn't open the files so can you resend them? Isn't it great to see other people's work??? I LOVE it!
Kay, so I had a link to Sarah's work the other day because I couldn't convert the files. So here is some of her work. Her little red head is ADORABLE!
this girl can really work colours and layering hey?
I just think this layout is elegant. Not the typical winter layout colour scheme, but I can feel the cold on his nose, the ghost snowflakes are perfect. So many elements about this page that I really enjoy!
I love that you have so many different areas to look at Sarah!
Okay so I've saved quite a few to show next week as I am going to focus only on 8 1/2 x11's. So that will be fun.
So here is the very beginning of what I started in my first ever digital class. Keep in mind, there was so much more that a person could do with this, but I really truly am just learning and was so glad the teacher totally was patient with me. I will talk about the teacher next week whenever I can get some photos from Camp Croppin. I have lot's to say about that event, but I really would like to put the photos to the people's names.
So here is my first attempt:
Okay, so I know it doesn't look like much, but I actually learned to put shadows behind the pics, add stitching, add some elements like tearing, cut 2x2's out of the original pitcure, add journaling blocks & a title. I'm pretty excited. Now I can finish it with more digital elements, but I think I will stick to printing it off and making ti a hybrid one. It needs some "Leica" touches! But I had fun, I loved it and can definitely see me exploring the hybrid world.
I took some pictures at the park this week. I am loving the warmer weather. Our family is such an outdoors team, so it's been nice to go exploring again!
I love when they play together the best!
I love when Jager is a little hesitant too. He has such an inquiring face. Okay must go, we are heading to the farm today to help with the calves. So exciting to see all the baby calves, and hopefully I will find some crocuses! fingers crossed.
See you tomorrow. Remember, tomorrow is when I announce the winner of my contest & I am actually throwing in a little surprise. So send your entries today if you want to win!
Leica, you did fine with the first digi LO. Keep it up. It really takes more practice a fluffing around to get the hang of it.
Hybrid id the most fun though because you never quite pass up the paper and inky fingers. That is really one of the fun things about scrappin'.
