This album is simply stunning & trendy and will be perfect as that
coffee table book to show off your favourite photos. An album full of
trendy patterned paper such as chevrons, florals and mason jars. A mini
album full of hidden pockets, die cuts and layers. This class hopefully
will ignite you to have a passion for creating mini albums to show off
your life!
Glimmer Mist Class $40 Wednesday March 20th @9:30am
Come learn many different ways to use mists. We will create many
different projects using lot's of unique mediums. This is a very
technique driven class on how to use mists. We will do many things to
create different looks. Please dress appropriately as this class can get
messy. All glimmer mists will be supplied in lot's of colours for you
to be able to play some more when you get home. :))

- Wed. 6pm -9pm “Family Love Home Decor” Featuring Mixed Media – $60

This black 7 Gypsies tray has 6 compartments that we are going to
decorate to create a fabulous home decor piece. We are going to have 5
unique parts that will feature many different techniques such
as:painting, stenciling, layering,distressing,tearing embossing and
stamping. Bring ONE 4×6 vertical photo that you want to showcase, as
well as 2 smaller photos that relate to that photo. I recommend printing
them off in 2×3 sizes, or 2×2. These can be optional. students should
bring:
- black or dark brown ink
- basic tool kit: scissors, trimmer, adhesive
- black marker
Thurs: 9am-noon: Altered Project ”Monogrammed Mini Album” $50″
This mini album will be created from scratch and is great for family,
travel or an event. In this chipboard album, we will be creating a
cleaner look. Our focus will be on how to create great groupings with
embellishments. Where to place them, how many to put in, how to combine
wood with flowers and tickets, etc. The photos for this album will be
smaller sizes. No need to bring them, they can be put in after. But I
would range in sizes from 2×2, 2×3, 3×4, 4×4.
students bring:
- basic tool kit
- a wet adhesive such as fabritak, 3 in 1 or a glue gun if you prefer.
- white paint (small size- I can’t fly with this as it explodes in my suitcase, been there done that)
- foam brush to apply white paint.
- optional: favorite border or shape punches
Thurs 1pm-3:30pm: “A month in the life of…” $45 AKA “Let’s Get ‘er
done” You’ve heard about Project Life but haven’t thought about how to
begin. Come join me and see how you can combining scrapbooking with
journaling your life. Learn scrapbooking on a whole new level. The focus
of this class will be how to tie in the different sizes of page
protectors to suit your story. You will learn how to make them pretty,
why they might work for you, and see how you can get a lot of pages done
in a short time period. Essentially it is working in many different
scrapbook sizes. It is one of the best ways to document your daily life,
travel, an occasion such as a birthday. All the unique page protectors
will be supplied. students bring:
- basic tool kit
- favorite border & shape punches

This
is a fabulous class to learn about mixing 7 matching patterned papers.
Work with chevrons, ginghams & prints. Create a double pg with lot's
of layers then create a "cleaner" bonus pg. There is lot's of
embellishments to also personalize your own layouts.
Chalkboard Style- Oodles of Doodles
Chalkboard
style is the latest rage. So let's create fun layouts. You will learn
lot's of doodling tips & styles that you will be able to draw
anywhere. We will play with Core'dinations Black Magic line, sanding,
tearing & learning new techniques.
Let's Party
Everyone
has birthdays, so let's scrap them in style! Come create 2 unique 12x12
single layouts for your next party, and as a bonus, you will also
create 2 clean birthday cards to give away! This class plays with
brilliant colours, layers, and trendy embellishments such as toothpick
flags, pennant banners, photo frames, chipboard embellishments. Lot's of
mixing and matching patterned paper. Lot's of tips will be given to
help you learn why certain patterns work well with others.
Pocket Life Mini Album
Scrapbooking
your daily life is all the rage right now. Albums are becoming more
creative in their sizes, we are mixing and matching scrapbook sizes
within albums and the results are FABULOUS! You are able to tell a
broader story, use more pictures include better places to journal all
while still keeping it in page protectors. These are mini albums
intended to last a lifetime. Come join me as we create as many pages as
we can, all page protectors will be provided and there will be lot's and
lot's of embellishments to decorate these fun layouts. We will be using
the new Studio Calico line; Here & There

Bold & Beautiful: Do you like pages that pop and are full of colour, but not quite
sure how much to use? We will play with building layers using patterned
paper and embellishments. You will create 3 very unique layouts playing
with different styles. Photo sizes will vary on every layout. Let's
break you out of the shell with this one.
Photo Freedom. Do you like the concept of Project Life? Join me as
we mix & match scrapbook page sizes using the unique page protectors
that allow you the freedom to scrap life without always having to
create a new page to document the photos. We will learn little
decorating & journaling touches that will make these layouts stand
out. This is a great way to document a week in the life of, or maybe the
many photos from a birthday or vacation. Page protectors will be
provided.
Clean & Simple: This is the perfect class to "get 'er done".
Sometimes we spend too much time on creating the layout that we forget
the story can still be told with high impact. Sometimes it's about the
way you group embellishments, or a different way to journal. The photo
is definitely the focus of these layouts, with a hint of colour. Fun
things we will play with is faux stitching, misting, doodling.
Definitely still keeping the "clean" look.
Sketches: You have a sketch in front of you, now how do you
interpret it? How can you make it your own? In this class we will all
receive the same paper/ embellishment kit, but we will alter it to suit
our own needs. We will learn ways to change the format from vertical to
horizontal photos, how to make a 8.5 x11 sketch into a 12x12. Maybe how
to even change the direction of the layout. I will share with you my
all-time favourite sketches ever! Based on the same kit, we will create

1pm-4pm 8x8 American Crafts Mini Album $50 per person
Mini albums are the perfect way to show off daily life, vacations or a special occasion. This class is going to take on a modern twist. Let's combine the trend of instagram & washi tape. Now you may not do instagram or have even heard of it, but that doesn't mean you can't play along. On the market there are photo overlays that can give your photos some neat instagram looks. So I thought why not be one of the first classes to play with the trendy new embellishments. Also in this class you will see some AMAZING things that you can do with adhesives.
6pm-9pm Sugar & Spice and Everything Nice Double Page Layout $40 per person
In this class we are going to break out American Crafts "My Girl" line and create feminine layouts. Perfect for that special girl in your life. Lot's of layers & embellishments. It will be very whimsical. At the end of class we will create a bonus layout "All about me." Come prepared to laugh while learning layering techniques.
Saturday, March 30th
9am - 12noon A Card For All Occasions $30 per person
Join me for a round robin class where we will create as many cards as time allows. We will create for the holidays, special occasions, thankyou's or maybe just to say hi. Cards will feature layers, fun embellishments, die cuts and learn a few neat things about adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

Project Life- Use Your Stash While Documenting Your Life $55 per person
Do you ever run out of time to scrap, but still want to capture all the memories that still happen? Great way to document your thoughts & ideas even if you don't have photos to go with it. The unique pg. protectors flow perfect in between the standard 12x12 pgs. In this class we are going to work with many different pg. protectors. Come prepared to do as many layouts as we can in the 3 hrs. (all pg protectors will be supplied.
Now I leave this gorgeous island to go back to Moncton! And I get to spend Easter sunday with friends and scrap! now that is what I call wicked!!!!

Have
you ever wanted to create home decor? This is the perfect way to show
off your style while experimenting with different techniques. This class
will provide a great opportunity for you to learn about paper collage,
layering, and then how to create different unique looks with paint,
